NextGen Leadership Conference 2024

Held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the South Jersey Vietnamese Alliance Church, The VANE hosted its first NextGen Leadership conference with a big hit!


This event was designed to inspire and equip English Ministries Christian leaders with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to make a positive impact in their churches and communities. New and old leaders alike came from all over the Northeast to participate and learn together.


Rev. Timothy Nhân Nguyen, VAY NextGen Consultant, was the main instructor for the event, sharing valuable insights and guidance. Reverend Timothy gave a breakdown of what it means to be a leader and what skills are need and to be refined to build quality leadership characteristics.


We encouraged current English Ministry leaders, emergent EM leaders, and any members who wanted to learn more about EM leadership to join us. As a result over 90 people came to participate in this event!
