VANE Youth Camp 2022 - Refine

May 27-30, 2022 at Joy El Camps & Retreats

With much gratitude to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for this most blessed VANE Youth Camp as we experienced the presence of God, His miracles, instant delivery, answering our prayers, and glimpses of heaven over the past three days as we worship and honor Him. This year's camp's theme is "REFINE." We learned about the holiness of God as we studied through the book of Judges 19-21, 1 Samuel 1-4, and Ruth 2-3 in how we must be refined to be like Him which will result in praise, glory, and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed as written in 1 Peter 1:7 and how we are to seek Him, know Him, hear Him, and serve Him. As Jesus said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few," we think about God's servants, Pastor Hung Pham of his willingness to travel from California to preach to us, the workshop presenters, Mr. Tuan Dao, Mr. Steve Bernhard, & Pastor Hiep Bui and our awesome leaders and assistant leaders who can impact our campers directly as they lead by loving God and loving others, DC Worship Team, and Mina Diep for leading morning devotion. Finally, thank you Pastor Viet Nguyen for your steady leadership and commitment to leading the Vietnamese Alliance Northeast region, and thanks also to the VANE Committee: Pastor Khoa Le, Pastor Hiep Bui, Tony Pham, Samee Aboubakare, June Tran & Sarah Tran.
